About Me
Looking for a Realtor? Your search is over. Let me introduce myself.
Hi, I’m Cindy Allen—wife, mother, and Realtor. I’ve been proud to call Ashtabula County home for more than two decades and Northeastern Ohio home for more than half a century. I love this place—its people, its diversity, its character, and everything it has to offer.
We live in a pretty special part of the world. We have beautiful Lake Erie, amazing metro parks, wineries, great food, not-so-great food, and four seasons that sometimes seem to arrive all in the same week. And if you’re a lifelong Cleveland sports fan like me, you know we’ve survived the good, the bad, and the ugly. We are survivors!
When it comes to buying or selling a home, I believe in three things: be prepared, do your homework, and choose an agent you can trust to put your best interests first. That last one just happens to be my specialty.
I’m not going to overwhelm you with a list of accolades or talk in circles. That’s not who I am. I’m a straight shooter. I believe in honest answers, genuine communication, and doing what it takes to get the job done. I bring plenty of common sense, a lifetime of life experience, and the ability to adapt when things don’t go exactly according to plan.
As the mother of three boys, I’ve developed some pretty serious multitasking skills—I'm pretty sure I have eyes in the back of my head! I’m an experienced negotiator, a problem solver, and someone who will roll up her sleeves and get to work when you need me.
Most importantly, I care about the people I work with. Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest decisions you’ll make, and you deserve someone who will listen, tell you the truth, and stand beside you from beginning to end.
I’m a Realtor by choice, and I absolutely love what I do. Whether you’re ready to make a move or simply have questions about what’s possible, I’d love to sit down, have a conversation, and get to know you.
Let’s step into the “Real” world together.
